We process the data needed to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, sync your progress, store notes and favourites, manage your subscription and answer your requests. The legal bases are performance of the contract, legal obligations and, where applicable, your consent.
AI queries are sent to the technical provider to generate the response. We do not use your data for advertising or sell profiles. Infrastructure providers include Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend and, once payments are enabled, Stripe.
We keep account data while the relationship exists and technical records for the periods required for security and compliance. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
